Refund policy

RETURNS:

As an independent label that produces per order, we cannot always offer refunds. We try to monitor what each individual situation is and try our best to offer solutions that work for both parties. Contact us within a 7 day timeframe after recieving your package. Let us know if you would like in-store credit or an exchange. Please note exchanges are handled as returns and in-store credit is issued. The customer is required to arrange, pay and show the tracking code for the returning shipment. 

CANCELLATIONS:
An order can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours after purchase.
