Bright, green, and intensely fresh, this early-season Rumi olive oil comes from the hills of Anza, a small Palestinian village where farming is a shared community craft. Produced by the Anza Agricultural Cooperative Society, the oil is certified organic and hand-harvested with the collective care of dozens of local families who preserve traditional farming methods generation after generation.

Each bottle features a collaborative design with Trashy Clothing, centered around a hand-embroidered piece created by women refugees from Gaza in Jerash. Their embroidery—photographed, framed, and integrated into the label: brings Palestinian craft directly into the visual identity of the bottle. It is a piece of culture you can cook with, share, and keep.
